Milton Keynes based Transition Computing has underlined its commitment to staff development by purchasing over 140 training days from leading IT training company QA InterQuad. Despite having a current total of just 19 full-time staff, Transition plans to continually grow its workforce by taking on four new graduates per year. The company places huge importance on developing its staff. It hopes that its training commitment, coupled with a working environment that promotes core values of fun, respect and innovation, will equip the company with versatile, professional, fresh thinkers who will benefit the company going forwards. QA InterQuad has twice been voted Training Company of the Year by The Institute of IT Training. Its courses are delivered at a network of centres across the UK. Successful completion of courses can lead to participants gaining accreditations that are recognised across industry.
