Process

Listen - we take time to understand what it is you are trying to achieve, who it affects, project risks, and who needs to be involved to make the project a success. During this stage we will share our experience with the team to develop and potentially enhance your vision.

Specify - once we have the understanding it is documented and presented back to you for clarification and acceptance. We will not only be specifying what the project will deliver, but highlighting key lines of responsibility for how the project is going to be approached, how any risks will be managed, and developing a high-level project plan with dates.

Manage - in the specification phase a plan will be agreed. We will then manage against this plan whilst keeping interested parties up to date. Issues will be escalated quickly, efficiently, and then be managed in a blameless culture.

Deliver - Transition Computing will manage the delivery of the project ensuring it covers the agreed functionality, is robust, performant and maintainable.
